Katahdin is the highest point in Maine and marks the northern terminus of the Appalachian trail. Named by the Penobscot Indians, Katahdin's name means 'Greatest Mountain.' Contours every 20ft with major contours every 200ft. The base shading is determined by elevation and slope. This map begins at an elevation of 3100ft.

Prints are museum-quality. Giclée-printed on archival, acid-free, thick and durable matte paper (192 g/m2).

All our maps are also available as greeting cards, live-edge wood coasters, and stickers. See the 'Stickers-Coasters-Cards' section of our shop.
