Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted, you must contact within 14 days of delivery, and return the item within 30 days for a refund. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns/refunds require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Items with any customization are not eligible for returns/exchanges. This includes but is not limited to: addition or subtraction of text, printing in a non-standard size, etc.

Items not purchased directly from Map Your Adventure are not typically eligible for returns/exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
