Refund policy

Can I return an item?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is any problem, please reach out and we will work to find a solution. Returns are accepted, you must contact within 14 days of delivery, and return the item within 30 days for a refund. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns/refunds require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Items with any customization are not eligible for returns/exchanges. This includes but is not limited to: addition or subtraction of text, printing in a non-standard size, etc.

Items not purchased directly from Map Your Adventure are not typically eligible for returns/exchanges.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
