Lassen Peak
Lassen Peak
Lassen peak, Kohm Yah-mah-nee, is the southern-most major Cascade volcano. It is one of the world's largest volcanic domes, formed by gradual, viscous lava pushing upwards. This is unlike the conical stratovolcanoes in the Cascades (ex. Helens, Rainier, Hood), which formed by eruptions from the central summit vents. Contours every 20ft with major contours every 200ft. This map begins at an elevation of 7500ft.
Our maps have exquisite detail, whether viewed from across the room or within inches of the map.
